Have More Fun, Make New Friends!
If you have ever wondered about what it was like to live in Florida during prohibition, when the bridges and the railroads were being completed and everybody was encouraged “for their health” to retire to Florida, even to purchase some swamp land – then this narrative (by a loquacious widow) journey into another time period is found to be fascinating, entertaining and thought-provoking.
This month’s program is entitled: Living in the Sunshine: Mrs. Titbit in 1925
This performance will take place live in the Marly room at the MFA. To ensure the health and safety of our visitors and staff, face masks are required while inside the museum at all times and refreshments will not be served. Capacity for this event will be limited and advanced registration is required.
Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for seniors. Or if you are a member of the Museum of Fine Arts this event is included in the membership fee. A membership costs $60.
