The May discussion of the book "Educated by Julia Whelan" was well attended as we discussed it at one of our members' backyard while social distancing. It was lot of fun to be outside and to enjoy some peach treats!
The June book club selection is " A Well-Behaved Woman: A novel of the Vanderbilts by Therese Anne Fowler
We plan to use Zoom.com to discuss the books for the months of June, July and August. The group decided to read different books over the summer and since zoom.com has worked well; we can be anywhere this summer and still participate with the book discussion. Molly plans to be in North Carolina this summer and will run the discussion from there.
The following are the Summer book selections: July 16 is The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides and August 20 is The Giver of Stars by JoJo Moyes
Generally, Book Club will meet once a month on the third Thursday online or at a member's homes if they would like to host. Bring your book suggestions for the upcoming months.
