The April discussion of the book "A Gentleman in Moscow" which ironically was about a man in isolation, was undoubtingly appropriate for the time!  We had a followup zoom chat the following week to decide on May's selection.

The May book club selection is "Educated" by Tara WestoverEducated is the autobiographical story of Tara Westover’s journey from being the child of extreme anti-government, anti-science, and religious fundamentalist Mormon parents to becoming a Cambridge- and Harvard-educated PhD.

Again we plan to use Zoom.com to discuss the book.  However, we may consider having the discussion on a member's big porch spaced appropiately and weather permitting.  Registrants will be notified accordingly.

Book Club will meet once a month from September through May on the third Thursday online for now during the Coronavirus outbreak, but eventually at my house or at other member's homes if they would like to host.  During the three month stretch from June to August, we can read a very long book or maybe a trilogy.   Bring your book suggestions for the upcoming months.

Please Register so we know how many are coming.  For questions, call/test Mollie @ 321-446-4535.

Location:  Zoom.com online chat hosted by Mollie.  Members only event.  Attendees will be sent online instructions from Mollie.  It's easy to use!  If we do have it on a member's porch, you will be notified of this as well.
