Have More Fun, Make New Friends!
Due to the shutdown of eat-in restaurants, we can not have our event at Stella's. They are offering take out, but there is no where to eat it. As soon as allowed, we will resume our fun activities!
This month we decided to change the coffee social into a lunch social and hold the event at a local restaurant - Stella's Deli. Since we are all so cautious about spreading the Coronavirus, we will practice social distancing. The venue we have chosen allows us to achieve that because they have set their tables at 50% capacity, as have all the operating restaurants in town. Therefore, try to get there before noon; with less tables they fill up.
We have asked Stella's and they are happy to have us. The restaurants in town and everywhere are in shock as to the sudden change in business! Stella's tables are outside so if it rains, we will see if we can change the venue. Some of the restaurants in town couldn't commit to being open next week as they are struggling financially.
