Welcome to Foodies Dining Out! I'm Debbie Knight and with my husband, Chuck, we started the foodie group as a fun way to meet new friends, stay in touch with existing friends and enjoy eating at different restaurants in the St Petersburg area. We are lucky to live in such a wonderful area with a large number of restaurants to select from. This is a chance to venture out around the city to places you may not have tried yet with friends. As new members of PYCCNN, we welcome you to join us. We meet on the first Wednesday of the month.
The February restaurant selection is Sola Bistro & Wine Bar located on St Pete Beach. This is a new restaurant for us that I selected based upon great reviews from others. As you can see from the menu on their website, http://www.solabistrostpete.com/, they have a great selection of food and drinks.
Our typical outing is dinner starting at 6pm with cocktails at the bar for those who want to go earlier; but of course this is subject to change depending upon available reservation times at each restaurant. We request separate checks and so far have not had any problems with restaurants accommodating this request.
Registration is required by the Friday before. Limited to 20 people; a waiting list will be established and you will be notified by email if someone cancels and you move up. Please cancel online by going to this event and choosing already registered, then cancel or call Debbie 615-476-3030

We take a break during the summer when many people are traveling and start back up in the fall with a new list of restaurants. Feel free to make any suggestions you may have for us to consider in the fall listing.
