Orchid Repotting Workshop (June 20, 2026)

Please join us at a Phalaenopsis Repotting Workshop as we support a local Gulfport business and learn more about the beautiful world of orchids. You have driven by this business many times but now is the time to stop in and see what it is all about.

$5 class fee plus cost of your chosen pot. Choose from a wood basket and hanger, clay pot and hanger, or a ceramic pot.

Bring your own orchid or purchase one there.

This is an outdoor event so dress accordingly and bring a drink to stay hydrated.

After you have received confirmation of your registration, please register for this event on our website so we know you will be joining us.

Want to play Mahjong? Please join us to play using the National Mahjong League rules and cards. Our group consists of various levels of players and is open to anyone who knows the basic rules and has some experience with the game. If you would like to learn how to play, please reach out to Suzie Schmitz and she will put you on the list for the next teaching session.

We encourage everyone to join us for lunch before we play. Lunch gives us a chance to catch up and get to know everyone better before we sit down at separate tables and focus on play. We have a lot of new players that we are thrilled to have and would love to get better acquainted. Also, the Club strongly encourages players to have lunch before they allow us to use the clubhouse on Tuesdays which is their designated "card day".

What is Mahjongg or Mahjong? It is an ancient Chinese tile-based game that is popular worldwide. Mahjong is a game of skill, strategy, calculation and it involves a degree of chance. It's a lot of fun, try it out!

☀️Sunshine City Comedy Club is St Pete Beach's newest Comedy Club and has rotating comics. They are getting some great reviews: “ Wow what a great line-up of talented comics.
